The former multi-time world title challenger is set to face an Indonesian foe on the card in what will be his first bout of the year. Although the opponent is unclear we do know that Terdsak has to be favoured given his experience at the top level. The Thai may have 5 losses on his record but they have all come to very good fighters, in in the form of Joan Guzman, Juan Manuel Marquez, Steve Luevano, Takahiro Ao and Orlando Salido. Those bouts have seen Terdsak earn a small cult following internationally and although he's never won a world title he is a fighter who has shown he can mix in world class company without being embarrassed.
Although the details we have are sketchy we have been informed that the bout will take place in Laos and will be fighting for the WBC Asia Super Featherweight title.
Whilst the details are, as mentioned, scarce, we have been told that the show will be televised on Thai Channel 7 and the Star channel in Laos, with the Laos channel expected to air 3 hours of footage whilst the Thai channel will only being broadcasting two hours.
Other fights on the show will include a bout featuring 16 year old local star Nampetch Kwanjaisrikod (8-1, 3), who looks to continue her promising career.
