This past week the Thai media reported that Thailand's sensational Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (27-3-1, 25) was using altitude training equipment ahead of his WBC Super Flyweight title defence against the unbeaten Carlos Cuadras (29-0, 24).
The fight, a mandatory title fight organised at the Gimnasio Juan de la Barrera in Mexico City, is one that will be fought at altitude so with Srisaket using altitude training equipment it seems clear he's aware of the conditions that will face him.
Whilst this will be Srisaket's first bout outside of Thailand since his losses, all in Japan, to Kenji Oba, Yushin Yafuso and Akira Yaegashi we feel that he's now a much, much different fighter and in fact we're expecting Srisaket Vs Cuadras to potentially be the fight of the year.
The match up, which takes place on May 31st, will be televised in both Mexico and Thailand and we expect it will be must watch action from the first bell to the last.
