In what promises to be THE professional boxing event of the year in Singapore, 20 professional fighters from around the world will pit against each other in four World Championship fights among a total of ten Universal Boxing Organization™ (UBO) title fights.
The Roar of Singapore II will be filmed and recorded by Eleven Sports, and broadcasted to over one-hundred million potential viewers across Southeast Asia, New Zealand and Australia.
All eyes in Singapore will surely be on local fighting star Muhamad “The Chosen Wan” Ridhwan, the first Singaporean to win the recent World Boxing Association (WBA) Asia Super Featherweight title. His victory was celebrated by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Facebook, spurring on the Singapore spirit to see “our little red dot continue to punch above our weight – literally!” Ridhwan sets his sights on being the country’s first ever World Champion should he win his fight against relentless Tanzanian fighter Fadhili Majiha for the UBO World Super Featherweight title.

Adding to the excitement in the world of professional boxing is 25-year-old Frenchman, Taylor “Double Impact” Lapilus – ex-UFC fighter – making his Pro Boxing debut in The Roar of Singapore II. Ambitiously matched against former Indonesian Lightweight and Super Lightweight Champion Heri Andriyanto, a veteran of 48 professional bouts (22-24-2, 10 KOs), Lapilus will have a point to prove.
