Tomorrow we get the chance to see the highly anticipated rematch between WBC Bantamweight champion Shinsuke Yamanaka (25-0-2, 17) [山中慎介] and former WBA Bantamweight champion Anselmo Moreno (36-4-1, 12).
The two men, who both weight for the bout and looked great at the weight, have seen a solid amount of money put on the bout, with that money swinging the odds.
A week ago Moreno was around 11/2 to claim the victory and defeat Yamanaka. Today he is still the under-dog but has seen his odds slashed and he is now closer to 2/1 to win, a huge drop in price that would likely have come from bettors putting their money on the Panamanian skillster. As a result of Moreno's odds being sliced we've seen Yamanaka's odds slide from 1/5 at one point to around 4/9, with one bookies having them at 18/35.
The shift in money is likely a belief that Moreno will defeat the "God of Left" tomorrow and the money has notably made the bout interesting in terms of the bookies.
Yamanaka and Moreno go again, but who will come out on top?
