It's fair to say this past weekend was a big one for boxing fans, with a number of notable bouts, including the Floyd Mayweather Vs Conor McGregor super fight. Thankfully we don't need to wait long for more televised boxing, and we've known for a while that G+ would be showing a live card next Saturday, headlined by Masayuki Ito.
That G+ card won't be the only one being aired live on Japanese TV next weekend, as it's also been confirmed that KTV (Kansai TV), will air the WBA Super Bantamweight title fight between Shun Kubo (12-0, 9) [久保隼] and Daniel Roman (22-2-1, 8) live on Sunday, from 4PM local time.
The telecast for the card is only set to show the main event, with the broadcast set to end at 4:55PM, though there is a chance of an extention if the telecast needs it. This unfortunately means we won't be getting the Japanese Minimumweight title fight, between Reiya Konishi (12-0, 5) [小西 伶弥] and Shin Ono (20-8-3, 4) [小野 心], or the OPBF Lightweight title fight, between Masayoshi Nakatani (14-0, 8) [中谷 正義] and Ryan Sermona (20-8-1, 13), but we will be getting the world title fight.
