This coming Saturday Korean fans were supposed to get a chance to see Mongolian fighter Joldasbyek Tagtyanal (0-0) make his debut. Sadly however that bout has now been cancelled with the visitor unable to get a visa in time to face off against a local fighter believed to be Pil Joon Kim (4-1, 3) [김필준].
Sadly the reason for the visa issues appears to be complicated with our source informing us that Tagtyanal had failed a background check, though we weren't told why or how.
Whilst this main event has been cancelled it seems like Kim will move towards a KBF title fight later in the year whilst the rest of the card will go ahead as planned, with 4 rookie bouts all taking place. Unfortunately, though as is often the case with Korean fights, we are unable to provide the names or records of those in action. We have however found pictures of the weigh-in courtesy of the KBF.
