Japanese fans will get the chance to see Tomoki Kameda Vs Pungluang Sor Singyu...after everyone else
Earlier today it was announced that Japanese fans WILL get the chance to watch the WBO Batamweight title fight between the unbeaten Tomoki Kameda (29-0, 18) and Thailand's Pungluang Sor Singyu (46-2, 31). Sadly however they will be asked to pay for the honour and have to wait until July 15th for the honour.
This is thanks to http://netyouland.jp who will allow fans to watch the bout on demand for 1000 points though sadly we're not sure what that equates to in terms of real money.
For those who aren't in Japan the fight will be available on Showtime in the US, Boxnation in the UK and TrueVisions in Thailand, we believe all 3 of those channels will be showing the bout live. Of course for Japanese fans out there the odds are they could well find streams of the fight before it becomes available on demand, for those who are willing to wait however this is great news and we want to congratulate netyouland for stepping up and allowing fans the chance to watch this intriguing contest.
