Tomorrow fight fans at the Korakuen Hall will get the chance to see former world title challenger Ryosuke Iwasa (21-2, 13) [岩佐 亮佑]battle against Thailand's Patomsith Pathompothong (15-5, 5) [ปฐมสิทธิ์ เกษตรพัฒนา] in an intriguing match up.
Today those two men weighed in for their bout, and both made the contracted 56KG bout, around 123.5lbs.
On the scales Iwasa, who made his name at Bantamweight originally, was was just over 123.25lbs though made it clear that he was viewing his future at Super Bantamweight, a division that currently features his close friend Shingo Wake.
Patomsith on the other hand made the weight dead on, weighing in at a smidge under 123.5lbs. which is heavier than he was last time out, when he lost to to Ye Joon Kim in South Korea, but lighter than he was for last year's bout against Hisashi Amagasa.
For fans wanting to watch this one, they will unfortunately have to wait until July 18th when G+ will, eventually, show the card.
