This coming weekend is a huge one for Japanese boxing with 6 world title fights. One of those will see 2012 Olympic gold medal winner Ryota Murata (12-0, 9) [村田 諒太] battle against Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam (35-2, 21) for the WBA Middleweight title bout.
Today, ahead of their bout, N'Dam took part in a public work out and looked in great condition for what was a serious work out.
The likable French based Cameroon born had a lot of things to say about Murata, and stated that he had had a sparring partner with a very similar style whilst sttaing that he was himself a complete boxer and that no one would have prepared Murata for a fighter like N'dam.
As for the work out it's self he spent an hour working the mitts with Pedro Diaz anddoing various other exercises around the ring, whilst looking razor sharp and ultra-confident. It's obvious he hasn't travelled for a pay day but is instead in Japan to score another notable victory, to add to his legacy/
Murata looks to make history as he faced N'Dam!
