Chatpetch set a good pace to start the action, stalking intently and repeatedly cornering his foe. In the corner Ceunfin had no answer to the Thai who unloaded at will with vicious body shots, some of which landed south of the border.
The assaults of Chatpetch quickly took the wind out of his Indonesian foe who really had little to offer and suffered several knockdowns against him. They effectively came from accumulation but did enough to beat the fight out of the visitor who appears to have retired in his corner between rounds.
Whilst this was the second defense by the Thai fighter, who we believe had run off 10 straight wins after starting 0-3, it also needs to be noted that this is the 5th failed attempt to claim a PABA from Ceunfin who has now suffered 5 straight defeats and 14 losses in his last 15 bouts.
We'd like to see Chatpetch in with a more testing foe next time out. We're not suggesting they throw him in deep, as they did early in his career when he took on Malcolm Tunacao, but there has to be better opponents out there for him than Ceunfin.

*From what we understand boxrec.com are missing Chatpetch's stoppage win over Ricky Manufoe from their records. Odds are they are actually missing a number of his fights.
