The first of those will be Koki Koshikawa (1-0) who will be in action, at the Korakuen Hall, on August 2nd. His opponent has been named as Yujiro Nakamura (4-7-1, 2). Although this seems like a backwards step, considering he made his debut against Quaye Peter we'd, it's all about developing on the flaws that were shown up in the Peter fight. From what we understand Koshikawa is very highly regarded by many in the know and there is many viewing him as title level fighter in the near future though bouts like this are needed for him to hone his skills.
Just 6 days after Koshikawa's bout fans, again at the Korakuen Hall, will see his stable mate Kenya Noguchi (1-0) return to the ring. Noguchi has not had his opponent named as of yet though his debut victory over Hideharu Takahashi was highly impressive and many are tipping the 18 year old not just as a title level fighter but as someone who could win world titles in multiple weights. There is real expectation that this kid could be very special and we'd not be shocked if he faced a very good opponent, possibly even an international one, in his upcoming fight.
