After fighting in a non title fight just a day ago we've been informed that WBA Atomweight champion Ayaka Miyao (18-5-1, 3) will be returning to the ring on October 25th to make the 5th defence of her title.
Although no opponent has yet been been named for Miyao we have been informed that the fight will be fought in Miyao's birth place of Chikuma, Nagano, Japan. It will be Miyao's first bout in the city and it will be her 5h defence in total.
At the moment no other details regarding the card have been released though we're expecting at least 2 or 3 notable bouts on the show. Of course those bouts wouldn't include the likes of WBC Light Flyweight champion Naoya Inoue or WBC Flyweight champion Akira Yaegashi with both of those men fighting in September. In fact the only big name from Ohashi Gym not yet set for a scheduled bout is Japanese Featherweight champion Satoshi Hosono so the chances are he could be featured on the card somewhere.
