With the records of the two fighters it's obvious that Kim will be the favourite. Not only does she have home advantage but she also has an impressive looking record with her only losses coming, in Thailand, to Nongmuay Kokietgym.
Being the visitor Nongbua will know their is no pressure on her shoulders. She has lost her last 4 and 8 of her last 11 though she has mixed in some excellent company, including Samson Tor Buamas, Hongfah Tor Buamas and Gretchen Abaniel.
Although the IFBA title is a "lesser title" in terms of female boxing it's still great to see more title fights in Korea as the country attempts to rebuild it's boxing scene which, just a year or two back, looked to be dead.
As well as the IFBA title fight we're expecting to see Myung-Goo Yuh (14-4-1, 9) and Hee-Jung Yuh (10-2, 4) in action against Thai foes.
This show is expected to be televised on MBC Sports form 2PM to 4PM and will be televised live from the Yecheon Culture and Sports Center.
